Hi Jeff.
I must admit that you really inspiring me. I haven't played for a long time because of many reasons, and I been thinking about going back to guitar playing instead of bass playing, but after seeing you playing I really made my mind up, I'll stick to bass.
The reason that I come across your videos is because I was looking for fretless bass videos, because I have never ever played a fretless instrument in my life ( I hope that I'll be fine) and I wanted to see if it really is worth it. Now I see that if I iron out my technique and think about playing the bass as a solo instrument, I may actually find my self as a player.
Thanks for the inspiration mate.
By the way, I haven't come across any info about this, do you ever go international, because I'm sure a show would be appreciated here in the UK.

Why not play both guitar and bass?
There's nothing that says you can't play more than 1 instrument.
I have no international travel plans right now. the currency conversion issue alone makes a euro trip extremely difficult.
I really enjoy Fretless bass. If you're willing to spend time with it it can be very rewarding. It helps me think differently than a fretted instrument.

Yes, I know that I can play both, but right now my finances aren't looking too bright, lol, and I know that I'm more impressive on the bass than on the guitar, there is millions of guitar players that can play much better than me. I'm starting on the Bass, but I can't wait to get a decent electric guitar.
Funny enough, I managed to buy a 6 string fretless bass in Ebay and it should arrive today through UPS, so I'm a bit excited about it, lol.
